Jeff Hagins is the CEO and one of the Founders of Mural Consulting. Prior to being named CEO in July 2017, Jeff co-founded numerous other successful companies including SMBLive, SmartThings, and Centinal. Jeff Hagins has more than 30 years of experience in software development, software engineering management, software quality, software product management, and product marketing. His career has included positions as Chief Technology Officer, Senior Vice President of Product Management, Chief Architect, Vice President of Engineering, and Board Member for companies such as Lockheed Martin, J.D. Edwards, TeleComputing, Apptix, Dynix, Mural Ventures, SMBLive (CloudProfile), ReachLocal, SmartThings, and most recently Centinal.
Hagins has been active in the Cloud Computing and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) industry from the beginning, helping to launch the J.D. Edwards ASP initiative in early 2000, becoming a board member of the ASP Industry Consortium (ASPIC) in 2001, as an advisor to the Computing Technology Industry Association (COMPTIA) Software Services Group, as an advisor to Microsoft on the Communications & Collaboration Developer Advisory Council, a member of the Software Information Industry Association (SIIA) SaaS Executive Council, and member of the SalesForce.com CIO Advisory Council.
As Chief Financial Officer, Matt Soska leads Mural’s financial operations and strategy as the company continues to expand. Matt brings to Mural years of experience in Operational, Financial, and Strategic roles and has held senior executive positions in operations, finance, and software development. He currently serves as president of a real estate investment venture and as CFO of another technology company making advances in the healthcare industry. Matt is a seasoned professional in Mergers and Acquisitions, Sales, Investor Relations and Negotiations. He has served in both early-stage and established private and publicly-traded global companies.
As our Chief Operating Officer, Don Yager leads day-to-day operations for Mural, including, Service Delivery, Sales and Marketing, Information Technology, Administration, Human Resources and Recruiting, and Program Management. Don brings to the table over 30 years of Executive experience in operations, learning & development, knowledge management, curriculum design, quality improvement, leadership development, technology, and professional services throughout multiple industries including Software Development, Customer Experience Operations, Computer Manufacturing, and Avionics Defense Contracting. Don also serves as Vice President of the International Customer Service Association (ICSA).
